Payment : I offer various payment methods, these can be viewed in the shop. Other payment methods are not accepted.

Pick-up order : If you live near me (38557), you are welcome to pick up your goods from me. The order will be ready for collection within 3 working days. You must make an appointment with me in advance and pick up your products within 2 weeks. Please contact me.

Shipping: The goods will only be sent insured via DHL parcel after receipt of payment. The shipping costs are €5.49, but can be higher if you order multiple products. For goods worth €75 or more, I offer free delivery (only within Germany) as an insured parcel.

Processing time : I will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the goods are dispatched.

Shipping time: DHL states that delivery is fast, usually within 1-2 working days. However, I cannot guarantee this and cannot influence the actual shipping time.

Shipping countries : I am happy to ship the goods to you anywhere in the world, but you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Packaging : Your glassware will be carefully packaged to ensure it is protected during transit and arrives undamaged.

Delivery address : Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. I accept no responsibility for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns : I accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the package. The goods must be unused and in an undamaged condition. The buyer must bear the costs of returning the goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded and a processing fee of 3€ will be deducted from the refund amount.
